  We want you to be happy with our yarn!  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Essential Knits will accept your return.  Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from purchase.  

  If original order qualified for free shipping, and returned merchandise brings total order value below the threshold, shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit.  Credits will be posted to PayPal or credit card. 

  Shipping will be covered by Essential Knits only if due to packing error.  All other returns must be sent Priority Mail or UPS to:

  All in stock products will be shipped within 12-24 hours ordering.  Packages are shipped 1st class or Priority Mail depending on size.

  $15.00-29.99 = $4.99

  $29.99-59.99 = $5.99

  $60 and over = FREE SHIPPING
