  • Return Policy

  • Returns

    We want you to be happy with our yarn and needlework supplies!  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Essential Knits will accept your unused return.  Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from purchase.  

    If original order qualified for free shipping, and returned merchandise brings total order value below the threshold, shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit.  Credits will be posted to PayPal or credit card. 

    Clearance Items, and Knitting Patterns are not returnable.

    Domestic Shipping

    All in stock products will be shipped within 12-24 hours ordering.  Packages are shipped 1st class or Priority Mail depending on size.

    Shipping Rates:

    $1-$15.00 = $3.50

    $15.00-29.99 = $4.50

    $29.99-59.99 = $5.50

    $60 and over = FREE SHIPPING

     

    International Shipping

    Shipping outside of the U.S is sent by 1st class International Mail.  Rates are calculated based upon package weight.  A $3.00 handling charge is applied to each order.
